24 NCAC 06A .0428         TIMELY RESPONSE TO FORMAL LETTER OF INQUIRY

(a)  The Commission, through its legal counsel or other staff, may send a Responsible Party, Key Person, or applicant

a formal letter of inquiry requesting a response. The Letter of Inquiry, or attachments thereto, shall set forth the subject

matter of the inquiry investigated. The response shall include:

(1)           a disclosure of all requested information; and

(2)           copies of all requested documents.

(b)  The Commission or its agent may identify a deadline for the recipient of the formal letter of inquiry to provide a

response. If no date is identified, then a complete written response is required within 10 Days of receipt.
